JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 02/- 14.07.2020 Heard Mr. Awadhesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Uday Pratap Singh, learned APP for the State.

The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 680 of 2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 325, 379, 307, 494, 498(A), 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner No. 1 is the mother-in-law of the informant, whereas petitioner No. 2 is the married Nanad of the informant.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they have been made accused in this case because they are related to the husband of the informant and there is no specific accusation against both of them. This Court has also been informed that the husband of the informant has been granted anticipatory bail.

Considering the afore-stated facts, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from today, shall be released on bail on their furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 680 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

The application stands allowed.
