Both the spouse while travelling over motorcycle along with a bag were intercepted by the police and on search, from the bag 119 bottle of 300ml wine was seized. Petitioner happens to be a lady and further, from the written report itself it is not clear that petitioner was under exclusive possession of the aforesaid wine along with the fact that she happens to be under custody since 20.04.2016 having no criminal antecedent so disclosed under para-3 of the petition, petitioner Savitri Devi is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-cumMunsif, Supaul in connection with Marauna P.S. Case No.30 of 2016.
