The petitioner seeks bail in Basopatti P.S. Case No. 297 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 468, 471 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. There is no recovery from his conscious possession. The Motorcycle is alleged to have been recovered from Angan which is joint house of petitioner and his brothers. It is mentioned in the written report itself that petitioner told before the Police that aforesaid Motorcycle is used by his brother Nitesh Thakur.

Petitioner is in custody since 27.12.2018 having

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Madhubani, in connection with Basopatti P.S.
