The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Chhatapur P.S. Case No.246 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application on behalf of petitioner nos.1 and 2, namely, Lalita Devi and Chhote Lal Mandal.

Permission is accorded.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19472 of 2022(2) dt.22-04-2022 2/2 The application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as withdrawn so far as petitioner nos.1 and 2, namely, Lalita Devi and Chhote Lal Mandal are concerned.

So far as petitioner nos.3 and 4, namely, Bhavesh Kumar @ Bhavesh Mandal and Jyotis Kumar @ Jyotish Mandal are concerned, considering the fact that they are brothers-in-law of the deceased and they are junior members of the family, their application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioner nos.3 and 4, namely, Bhavesh Kumar @ Bhavesh Mandal and Jyotis Kumar @ Jyotish Mandal, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Kamlesh Singh, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Supaul in connection with Chhatapur P.S.
