====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 28-04-2016 Heard the learned counsel, Mr. Ajay Kumar Chakraborty for the petitioner.

By the impugned order, the Court below directed the petitioner to deposit arrears of rent of Rs.30,000 for 15 months at the rate of Rs.2,000 per month under Section 15 of the B.B.C. Act in Title Eviction Suit No.6 of 2014.

Perused the order. It appears that the petitioner admits the relationship of landlord and tenant. The petitioner also admits that the monthly rent is Rs.2,000. According to the plaintiff, the petitioner has not paid the rent at the rate of Rs.2,000 per month since 15 months. Considering these aspects of the matter that these facts are admitted, the Court below has passed the order. Nothing has been brought before this Court also that in fact, the petitioner has already paid the said rents for which the Court below has directed the petitioner to deposit.

Patna High Court CWJC No.11020 of 2015 (2) dt.28-04-2016 Therefore, there is no reason as to why the impugned order be interfered with in exercise of supervisory jurisdiction. Thus, this writ application is dismissed.
