JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 22-12-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for Union of India. In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Special Case No. 07 of 2019 arising out of F.No.NCB/PZU/V/4/2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8, 20, 25, 29 of NDPS Act. The police has intercepted a truck and from where about 828 KG of Ganja was recovered. The driver and cleaner were arrested, who has disclosed the name of Mukesh Jha and Md. Kari @ Md. Ziauddin and subsequently, co-accused Mukesh Jha also disclosed the name of the petitioners being partner of the smuggler.
