The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 596 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the simple and superficial injuries sustained by the injured informant in the incident, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners, who are said to be of clean

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1050 of 2018 (2) dt.17-01-2018 antecedent, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 596 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
