Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ application with liberty to seek relief before the District Programme Officer, Establishment, Sheikhapura to consider the case of the petitioner in accordance with the order dated 01.09.2016 passed in LPA No.63 of 2014 (Renu Kumari and Ors. vs. The State of Bihar and Ors.).

Considering the aforesaid submission, as well as, it is mentioned by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that subsequent to the judgement dated 01.09.2016 passed in LPA No.63 of 2014 (Renu Kumari and Ors. vs. The State of Bihar and Ors.) two Panchayat teachers have been granted relief, the District Programme Officer (Establishment) Sheikhapura is directed to consider the case of the petitioner in accordance with the judgement dated 01.09.2016 passed in LPA No.63 of 2014 and dispose of the representation filed on behalf of the petitioner, expeditiously, in accordance with law.

4. With the aforesaid direction/ observation, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
