JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 30-10-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. I. For quashing the notice dated 20.09.2019, issued in Case No. 336 of 2017-18, by the respondent Circle Officer, Kishanganj, whereby notice has been issued to the petitioner U/s 3 of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, for showing as to why the encroachment made by the petitioner over a piece of land appertaining to Khata No. 254, Khesra No. 732, area 10 feet x 25 feet, be not removed.

II. For further restraining the respondent authorities from taking any

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Kishanganj, District-Kishanganj, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
