Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 372 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Section-387 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the main allegation is not against these petitioners but against one Pappu Singh, who is said to have been having a dispute with the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that said Pappu Singh has already been granted privilege of bail by the court below and so far as these petitioners are concerned; there is no specific allegation against them and they have no criminal antecedent.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33206 of 2015 (2) dt.24-08-2015 Considering the aforementioned submissions, let the petitioners named above, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 372 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr. P.C.
