Heard both sides.

Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under different Sections of the I.P.C. and Section 3(i)(x) of the S.C. & S.T. Act.

It is submitted that on account of land dispute, there is case and counter case.

On perusal of the typed copy of the petition filed by the informant, it appears that the allegation has been made that the petitioner abused the informant by calling his caste name and threatened to kill and the same is inserted in hand written. Considering the fact that there is land dispute between the parties, petitioner nos. 1 to 3, named above, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40737 of 2014 (2) dt.31-03-2015 each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Koransarai P.S.Case No.53 of 2014, subject to condition laid down u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C.
