JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 27-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. According to the prosecution case itself, it was coaccused Santosh Yadav, who shot fire on injured and so far as petitioner is concerned, it is only stated that he had called the injured through his mobile phone. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 20.04.2016.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Mojahidpur (Babarganj) P.S.Case No. 13 of 2016.
