12-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

Petitioner, in the present case, is seeking regular bail in connection with Bhabhua P.S. Case No. 547/2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379 and 461 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that one Mobile TAB which was a stolen property has been allegedly recovered from the house of this petitioner. However, according to the petitioner, it was not in conscious possession. It is further submitted that two more cases were there against this petitioner in which he is on bail. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.293 of 2018 (2) dt.12-01-2018 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur, in connection with Bhabhua P.S. Case No. 547/2017, subject to condition as laid down under Section 437(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, and further condition that one of the bailors should be a family member of the petitioner, and in future, if the petitioner is prima facie found involved in similar kind of offence, the privilege of bail granted to the petitioner shall be cancelled and petitioner shall co-operate in course of investigation.
