The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with G.O. Case No. 97 of 2008 (T.R.N. 1145 of 2017) for the offences under Sections 33, 41, 42, 52 and 69 of the Indian Forest Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and in connection with construction of road at the instruction of the Contractor, the petitioners being the labour has cut the Neem trees and as such he has been made accused in the instant case. Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioners above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54948 of 2018(2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial, Magistrate, Madhubani, in connection with G.O.
