2. The petitioner has challenged the appointment of respondent No. 7, which is of the year 2007.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the time limit prescribed under the law is 30 days from the date of selection of anyone for the post of Anganwadi Sevika. However, the petitioner has moved before this Court after 15 years.

4. In light of this, this Court is of the firm view that the petitioner's case is hopelessly time-barred. Therefore, the writ petition does not warrant any interference at this level. Accordingly, it is dismissed.
