It is submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was appointed to the post of Panchayat Sevak on 01.04.1987, on completion of 12 years and 24 years of services he is entitled for getting the benefit of 1st and 2nd A.C.P respectively, however, till date he has not been given the benefit of the same. He further submits that the petitioner had already made his representation vide Annexure-2 series before the concerned respondent which has not been considered yet.

Patna High Court CWJC No.5645 of 2025(2) dt.23-04-2025 2/2 Therefore, it is prayed by him that this petition may be disposed of, directing the concerned respondent to consider and decide the matter within any specific period fixed by this Court.

On the basis of above submission made by counsel, the petition is disposed of, the concerned respondent no. 4 i.e. The District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Nawada is directed to consider and decide the pending representation i.e. Annexure-2 series submitted by the petitioner in accordance with relevant rules and laws and pass a reasoned order as early as possible probably within 90 days from the receipt of the copy of Order of this Court.
