This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 05.06.2015 passed by learned A.C.J.M., Brah (Patna) Pandarak P.S. Case no. 83 of 2014, by which the learned Magistrate has taken cognizance against the petitioner for the offence under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 47(A) of the Excise Act. learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to give the status of stage of the case.
