The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Goraul P.S.Case No.283 of 2018 dated 2.9.2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of snatching the mobile of the informant and also money while he was coming from 'Puja'.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is the friend of the informant and the dispute arose with respect to some transaction of money now both the parties have compromised the case and the injury is simple in nature.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22395 of 2019(2) dt.08-04-2019 2/2 Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Vaishali at Hajipru in connection with Goraul P.S.Case no.283 of 2018 , subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
