The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Kumarkhand P.S. Case No. 229 of 2018 dated 16.11.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 353, 354, 427, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are alleged to have misbehaved with a Nurse on duty in hospital when they had come along with a patient who was about to deliver. The petitioners have a different story to narrate.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the doctors in the hospital were not available and when the petitioners tried to take

The petitioners also have filed a case against the Hospital Administration.

Considering the nature of allegation from both sides, the parties thought it proper to compound the offences as against each other. A copy of such application seeking compounding of the offences has also been brought on record.

Considering the nature of accusation against the petitioners and the background facts, they are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Kumarkhand P.S. Case No. 229 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
