This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 26.02.2022 (Latter on) passed in ST Case No. 812 of 2017 passed by learned Additional District and Sessions Judge II, Samastipur in connection with Vidyapati Nagar P.S. Case No. 32 of 2016 dated 21.03.2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has not been able to point out any illegality in the impugned order. The prayer of the petitioner has been considered by the trial Court and has been dismissed by giving reasons which cannot be challenged by the petitioner.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
