From the notings of the Registry, it appears that the order, dated 04.02.2013, passed in the appeal has not been complied with within the peremptory time and in view of the above, the appeal stood dismissed for non-compliance of the said order.

However, no restoration application has so far been filed and therefore, no order need be passed as M.A. already stood dismissed for default.
