2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 14 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is accused of looting one motorcycle and one mobile. He is in jail since 11.01.2024 having clean antecedent.

4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there no recovery of the looted mobile from the petitioner and the petitioner has not been put on Test Identification Parade.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22821 of 2024(2) dt.04-04-2024 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the clean antecedent of the petitioner, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, after framing of charge if charge has not already been framed, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Barh (District-Patna) in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 14 of 2024.

The petitioner will also mark attendance in Barh Police Station, Patna on the first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U T
