02. 14.10.2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Samastipur Mahila P.S. Case No. 31 of 2013 registered under Sections 363(A) and 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur.

Considering the nature of allegations against the Petitioner and the fact that even though the case was instituted in the year 2013 and the alleged victim had given her statement in April, 2014 evidently now that the Petitioner has moved this Court for anticipatory bail, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to him.
