The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 354(B), 354, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, while the informant was returning after harvesting the wheat field, this petitioner alongwith his three friends surrounded the informant and tried to outrage the modesty of the informant.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that due to land dispute between the parties, this false and fabricated case has been lodged against this petitioner. The alleged occurrence is said to have taken place on 12.04.2021, but F.I.R. has been lodged on 17.04.2021 without any plausible explanation of delay. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19590 of 2022(2) dt.31-08-2022 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Madhepura in connection with Madhepura Mahila P.S.
