Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 354B, 307, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, there is allegation of assault and outraging modesty of the informant. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Simple scuffle took place between the parties due to land dispute. Doctor has found simple injuries. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for
