1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For commanding the respondent authorities for sanctioning of leave of petitioner of period 22.07.14 to 25.07.14 and 26.09.14 to 9.10.14 i.e Total 18 days for which petitioner is entitled.

(ii) For consideration of the benefit after retirement and quashing of letter passed by Executive Engineer Drainage Division

Patna High Court CWJC No.6410 of 2024(2) dt.26-04-2024 2/2 Raghopur dt. 02.9.23 by letter no. 506 for which petitioner is entitled."

2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Executive Engineer, Drainage Division, Khagaul, Bihta for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
