The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Aurangabad (M) P.S. Case No. 179/2017 dated 08.10.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 30(a) and 38 (1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

About 680 litres of country made liquor, a mobile phone and two SIM cards were found from the possession of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is only a driver of the vehicle and was not aware as to what was loaded on the same. The petitioner is in custody since 09.10.2017 and he does not bear any criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner above
