Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects within three weeks. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within undertaken period, the office will place the matter before the Bench.
The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 506, 384, 386, 387, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Earlier, prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 06.09.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3675 of 2020 with observation that prayer for bail may be renewed after framing of charge.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19980 of 2022(2) dt.20-04-2022 2/2 now the charge has been framed on 10.02.2022. He further submits that the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 30.04.2019.
Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail.
Considering the facts that the charge has been framed, let the above named petitioner, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 17 of 2019.
