Petitioner, Arvind Singh @ Arbind Singh, is in custody since 05.03.2016 in Amnour P.S. Case No. 31 of 2016 registered under Sections, 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(a) of the Excise Act.

According to prosecution case, 1200 liters of spirit were recovered from the possession of Birendra Singh, co-accused. 4.

Considering the article recovered from the possession of the co-accused and the period of detention of this petitioner, I direct the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate,1st Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Amnour P.S. Case No. 31 of 2016.
