2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Sadar (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 333 of 2012 for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code later on cognizance of the offence taken under Section 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, the dead body of husband of the informant was found hanging in a bush of bamboo situated in the filed of Bakrid Alam.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the FIR itself shows that the deceased was the purchaser and co-accused Md. Imran Alam was the seller of the motorcycle in question and there was some dispute between them regarding the transaction of sale of that motorcycle. He has further submitted that the petitioner has no concern in that transaction and he has falsely been implicated. He has also

He has next submitted that the case of the petitioner is on similar footing to that of Pradeep Das, who has been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 230 of 2023.
5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner is also named in the FIR.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class Purnea in connection with Sadar (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 333 of 2012, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
