Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

According to FIR three unknown persons, allegedly, fired at the son of the informant in presence of the informant as a result whereof the son of the informant died. During investigation, thirteen persons were implicated. Five faced trial which resulted in acquittal.

Considering the aforesaid material, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57016 of 2017 (3) dt.19-01-2018 2/2 where the case is pending in connection with Khodawandpur Police Station Case No. 168 of 2014, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
