Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Though the FIR of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown. The looted mobile was recovered from the possession of this petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 30.11.2016. Petitioner is accused in 17 criminal cases of serious nature. Hence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Prayer is refused.
Accordingly, the application is rejected in connection with Bikramganj P.S.Case No.157 of 2016 pending before the court of learned A.C.J.M., Bikramganj Rohtas at
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58060 of 2017 (3) dt.08-01-2018 Sasaram.
Learned Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude within nine months, failing which the learned Trial Court shall submit explanation for non-completion of trial. (Birendra Kumar, J) Nitesh/- U T
