The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that the informant
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36059 of 2015 (2) dt.21-08-2015 2/3 was going to the doctor at Kankarbagh when he reached near Maurya Hotel he found that some boys and girls were fighting then he tried to pacify them but the girls under misconception understood that the informant was siding the boys, thereafter the girls side assaulted the informant and snatched gold chain from the informant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners' side lodged Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No. 414 of 2014 at earlier point of time and in order to save the skin from the case of petitioners' side the informant has lodged the present case when no substantial injury has been found to be caused to the informant, though, it is alleged that he was brutally assaulted.
A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the case lodged by the petitioners' side at earlier point of time, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief
