The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that minor girl of the informant has been abducted by all the F.I.R named accused persons

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19747 of 2022(2) dt.28-09-2022 2/3 including the petitioners.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case since they are relatives of co-accused Chandrama Baitha with whom the victim was in love. The victim in her 164 Cr.P.C statement has recorded her age as 20 years and stated that she of her own sweetwill left her house and went along with co-accused Chandrama Baitha and solemnized marriage with him. She has not alleged any complicity of the petitioners in her elopement.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Siwan in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 111 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19747 of 2022(2) dt.28-09-2022 3/3 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
