Petitioner was caught in drunken condition and through breath analyzer 31.1 mgs. alcohol was detected in the body of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 17.06.2016. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with P.S.Case No. 177 of 2016.
