JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. It would appear from perusal of the impugned order that except confessional statements as well as some criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there is nothing against him. Moreover, investigation against the petitioner has already been completed.

Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M. (West) Muzaffarpur in connection with
