The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kahalgaon P.S. Case No. 739 of 2018 registered under Sections 401, 419, 420, 414, 467, 471, 386, 384 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25 (1-b)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that only on the basis of the confessional statement of co-accused, petitioner has been made accused in this case. He has no criminal antecedent. Nothing has been recovered from his possession.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23110 of 2019(3) dt.17-07-2019 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Bhagalpur in connection with Kahalgaon P.S. Case No. 739 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
