The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8, 20(b)(II)(A) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in custody since 08.01.2022, are persons with clean antecedent and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that allegation is of recovery of 300 grams of ganja from the house of co-accused Sanjay Yadav.

No.19572 of 2022(2) dt.25-04-2022 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case and the co-accused Sanjay Yadav has been granted bail by the learned court below itself in B.P. No. 1 of 2021. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioners.

Considering the fact that the petitioners are in custody since 08.01.2022, charge-sheet has been submitted in the case, petitioners are persons with clean antecedent, co-accused has been granted bail by the learned court below and the alleged recovery of ganja is less than the small quantity, let the petitioners above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Murliganj P.S.
