JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 10-01-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner had earlier moved this Court for grant of bail in Cr. Misc. No. 9303 of 2017, which was rejected vide order dated 27.04.2017 (Annexure-1).

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been languishing in custody since 11.11.2016. Considering the submissions and the period of detention of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Shamho P.S. Case No. 8 of 2016.
