JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 29-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State through video conferencing. In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 213 of 2019 registered for offences under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

In the First Information Report, it has been stated by the Informant his brother has given a call and informed that Manish Yadav, Chottu Yadav and Krishna Kumar have fired 3-4 rounds upon him whereafter the Informant rushed there and found that he has received fire-arm injury and he died. The petitioner has criminal antecedent as has been stated in paragraph no.3 of the present bail application.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20210 of 2020(2) dt.29-06-2020 2/2 Looking to the nature of allegation as also considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner, above named, is rejected for the present.
