2. This writ petition has been filed for quashing the order bearing Memo No. 545 dated 04.04.2024, issued by the respondent No.5 - the Executive Officer-cum-Block Development Officer, Asthawan, Nalanda, whereby the services of the petitioner as Block Teacher has been terminated.

3. In view of the Bihar State Teaching Institutions Teachers and Employees (Dispute Redressal and Appeal) Rules, 2020 and the decision rendered by this Court in C.W.J.C. 10222

Patna High Court CWJC No.6697 of 2025(2) dt.24-04-2025 2/2 of 2022 in the case of Rani Kumari versus the State of Bihar and others along with series of connected writ petitions, this writ petition is hereby disposed of with liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the concerned District Appellate Authority for redressal of the grievances raised in the present writ petition.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above liberty.
