Petitioner apprehend his arrest in a case filed under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is submitted that the allegation is general and omnibus against the petitioner and his father. However, other persons have already been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 16.06.2014 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.21990 of 2014 by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court, a copy of which has been brought as Annexure 5.

Having regards to the facts and circumstances of

Case No.148/2012, the above named petitioner, Sakib shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000( Ten Thousand Rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul at Motihari District- East Champaran subject to the conditions as laid down under subsection(2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
