The petitioner is in custody in connection with Ramgarhwa P.S. Case No.34 of 2016, a case under Sections 341/342/326A/307/435/504 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is in custody since 16.09.2017. During course of assault the petitioner caused fracture injury at the back of the skull of the informant by farsa. The doctor has found injury caused by hard and blunt substance. There is no allegation of repetition of blow.

Considering the period already undergone, let the

No.57176 of 2017 (4) dt.01-02-2018 P2/ petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with the aforesaid case, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
