Petitioner seeks bail in Sanhaula P.S. Case No.09 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 392 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Informant Report. He has clean antecedents. The name of this petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused-Wakil Yadav. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56857 of 2018 (2) dt.28-09-2018 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with Sanhaula P.S. Case No.09 of 2016, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
