Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is in custody since 03.12.2018. The FIR of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown. Name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of coaccused. Thereafter, Rs. 71,500/- and odd was recovered from the house of the petitioner and it is said that the same is part of the looted cash.

Submission is that the said money was withdrawn from the bank account just few days before the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20758 of 2019(3) dt.11-06-2019 2/2 date of recovery and that was of the petitioner. The aforesaid fact has not been substantiated by the bank statement produced by the petitioner. Petitioner has got criminal antecedent. Considering the entire facts, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with L.N.M.U. P.S.Case No.281 of 2018 pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Darbhanga. Hence, prayer is refused.

The learned Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
