learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioner no. 1 has now deserted the petitioner no. 2 and she has gone to Chinese Embassy. The petitioner no. 2 is the husband of the petitioner no. 1.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19836 of 2022(6) dt.12-05-2023 2/2 Accordingly, this application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner no. 2 to raise all the grounds at the appropriate stage in the trial court. This Court will not interfere in the matter.
