The petitioner is in custody in connection with Ram Krishna Nagar P.S. Case No.510 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the allegation levelled against the petitioner, above-named, and also considering the fact that he is in custody since 18.10.2021, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. XIII, Patna in connection with Ram Krishna Nagar P.S. Case No.510 of 2021.
