The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 638/2017 dated 10.10.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 30(a), 30(d), 38 and 47 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
30 litres of country made liquor has been recovered from the house of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 12.10.2017 and he does not bear any criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge (Excise), Gaya in connection with Barachatti P.S.
