The Petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by the order dated 27.5.2015 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. 15466 of 2015 in which one of the conditions was that he has to surrender before to the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, but, the petitioner could not surrender within time and hence, could not furnish his bail bonds. Considering the aforesaid, further four weeks time is granted to the Petitioner to surrender before the Court of Shri A.K. Manjhi, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bhojpur, Ara (or its successor), in connection with Ara Muffasil P.S. Case No. 54 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39371 of 2015 (2) dt.26-08-2015 2014.

The application stands allowed.
