The petitioner seeks bail in Baghaila P.S. Case No. 26/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 30(a), 32(1)(2), 38(1), 41(1) and 47 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that one vehicle was intercepted and Rudal Yadav and Mannu Giri were arrested. They disclosed the name of this petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 17.07.2018. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55361 of 2018 (2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Additional District & Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Baghaila P.S.
